Lost Ark Reaper Moon vs Thirst - Difference Between Moon and Thirst Reaper Build
There are two different types of builds for Reaper, what are the differences between the moon and thirst reaper builds in Lost Ark? Which one is the best reaper build?
For Moon Reaper, you build your identity, you're gonna fill up the green bar, go into your stealth and then use one of the red skills to deplete the green bar, and you will have to do this three times since there are three major red skills that you will use to complete one single rotation. Thirst Reaper is contrary to that, all you have to do is fill up the red bar, which is also known as the chaos bar, when you fill up this red bar, you actually get a little buff, which gives you attack and movement speed of 10 and also crit chance of 15, keeps it filled and maintained, the way you maintain it is by refreshing the buff by using one of your purple skills, so you almost will never run out of this buff.
Moon reaper is going to give you some big numbers, while with a thirst reaper, you’ll get some constant numbers, such as constant DPS and rotations. Thirst build is significantly faster than the moon and is referred to as the piano build, but the moon is a lot more challenging and a lot more punishing, it is harder to pilot. Thirst is also cheaper to build. Another difference is that thirst has a bit more stagger and more weak points than the moon, so if staggers and weak points are important to you, you’ll want to play thirst reaper.
If you want to start off a new Reaper build, you can go either way, but more people recommended thirst reaper to start off with, it does not matter what engraving you pick, it depends on your play style and how much you can survive and put out some DPS. In addition, you are gonna be always at the back whether you are moon or thirst.
Lost Ark Reaper Thirst Build Guide
For stats of Thirst Reaper, the max damage build will be a 50/50 build between spec and swiftness, if you want to go for more damage, you'll run a specialization build, if you want to go a little comfier play style and fewer cooldowns, you'll run a swiftness build.

This is one of the engraving setups that you can use for the Lost Ark reaper build, the Raid Captain, Grudge, Master of Ambush and Thirst are highly recommended, and the fifth one is up to you, you choose Keen Blunt, Adrenaline, or Cursed Doll.

All you have to do to get your damage off for a thirst reaper is just fill your chaos bar and then maintain your chaos bar and make sure your red skills hit the boss of the butt, so it's a lot easier to do the damage as a thirst Reaper because all you got to worry about is your uptime, you just want to be stuck to the boss's butt and you want to let this buff never fall off, so your green skills will refresh this buff if it hits an enemy, your purple skills will refresh the buff even if it doesn't

If you do not have experience in Reaper class and you want to learn about it, you can run The fate of Tortoik card set, this gives you physical and magic defense when you have it fully awakened, so just makes your character ankier, your potions and consumables of recovery are increased by 15%, this is commonly used for gvg. The other one you will use is called Three Masters on NA, this actually gives you increased back attack damage, so when you pair those six cards together, you get increased attack damage from behind by ten percent and you get the defensive benefits from running it.
