There are three types of builds to make for the Artist class in Lost Ark, depending on whether your want to use Artist as a main or alt, and also determined by your budget. The Artist build guide by itsDubla focuses more on engravings and accessories. 

1. 3x3 Artist Build

The first Artist/Painter build that we're going to be talking about will eventually become a Lopang Alt, this is also the cheapest one, if you have less than a thousand Lost Ark gold, you can make this build. You're going to be using your level three class engraving - Full Bloom, your level 3 Awakening, and level 3 Expert. You're gonna make this a 3x3 build. It's not going to cost anything for the engraving of artists, because you're going to use two purple books, which you will get with the event, so it's going to be really simple to make this build.

- Level 3 Expert

Stones, Books, and Accessories

- Stone: Expert - 6, Awakening - 6

- Book 1 & 2: Full Bloom - 9

- Necklace: it does not matter what engravings are on there, you're gonna find the cheapest Swift/Spec necklace that you can find, it's going to be 100 quality and it's probably going to be about 100 gold.

- Earring 1: Expert - 4

- Earring 2: Awakening - 4

- Ring 1: Expert - 5

- Ring 2: Awakening - 5

2. 4x3 Artist Build

The next Artist build is for the person that wants to feel useful in a raid. How to make this build? We are still going to keep it cheap with the double-class engravings of Artist.  Firstly, we are gonna get a 6-6 stone for Expert and Vital Point Hit, then go with some cheap accessories, the earring is where we can really capitalize on the swiftness gains, we can get 100 quality plus five earrings for Expert and then a 100 quality necklace with Spec/Swift, that's going to be a 4x3 Artist build, the build cost is going to be easily less than 20K.

3. 5x3 Artist Build

The third Artist build is for people that have literally been Artist mains, you want to be the best support, you can be. You can go to these engravings, there are many different combinations really suit your own style. We going to build this with a six-six stone, get a legendary engraving book for expert and legendary engraving book for your class engraving, which is Full Bloom. Then the setup for accessories is as below. The cost of this build will be at somewhere between 150k to 500k, a lot more than the previous two, but that doesn't matter because the artist is your main, you're gonna get a five-by-three artist dominating tearing it up on the support leaderboards.
