With the buffs in Diablo 2 Resurrected Patch 2.6, the Lightning Trapsin Assassin build, which benefits from minus to enemy lightning resistance and plus to lightning skills, becomes better than ever. Now let’s go through all aspects of this Trap Assassin build for D2R Ladder Season 3 & Patch 2.6.

D2R 2.6 Season 3 Lightning Trapsin Gear

For the gear, two of the most important Diablo 2 items are Crescent Moon and Griffon’s Eye, Crescent Moon has a major attribute with a 35% reduction to the enemy lightning resistance, while Griffon’s Eye gives -15-20% to enemy lightning resistance and +10-15% to lightning skill damage. When you are using Crescent Moon and Griffon’s Eye, it clears a bit faster than the Heart of the Oak and Shako setup.
