Check out the Lost Ark class/engraving tier list 2023 by Brother Chris in terms of the average experience pugging players of each spec.

S Tier: Robust Spirit, Empress's Grace, Enhanced Weapon, Shock Training, Surge, Esoteric Skill Enhancement  

- The first one Robust Spirit is put in the S-tier, it is really strong and is gonna be on the PVE tier list. 

- Surge players kind of slap a bit more than Remaining Energy. 

- Deadeye is very good at playing Enhanced Weapon, which is better than Surge.

- Empress's Grace is very strong, especially after the buff, people that are typically playing Arcanist perform very well. 

- Shock Training is way better than Perfect Suppression players in general from the spec, and deserves to be S. 

- Esoteric Skill Enhancement Wardancer is pretty good, it is ranked in the S tier that is below Surge. 

A Tier: Perfect Suppression, Ultimate Skill Taijutsu, Igniter, Barrage Enhancement, Berserker's Technique, Desperate Salvation, Combat Salvation, Firepower Enhancement, Demonic Impulse, Rage Hammer, Blessed Aura

- Most of the Perfect Suppression players are very good, they can be put in the top end of the A tier. 

- Demonic Impulse is a high B or a low A. 

- Barrage Enhancement is definitely an A. 

- Firepower Enhancement is also a low A or high B. 

- Igniter is a very good spec in the hands of skilled players. 

- Berserker's Technique is good after the buff. BT is probably a low A, but higher than Desperate, Firepower, and Bard players. 

- Rage Hammer is put in a low A. 

B Tier: Remaining Energy, Pinnacle, Energy Overflow, Deathblow, Esoteric Flurry, Thirst, Mayhem, Peacemaker, Greater Summoner, Death Strike, Loyal Companion

- Remaining Energy is a solid B-tier.

- Peacemaker is put lower than Thirst.

- Death Strike and Loyal Companion are both for Sharpshooter, if this class runs them together, they are a solid middle of the pack.

- Control Glaivier is in the lower middle of the pack, and Pinnacle Glaivier seems to perform much better despite its scaling worse. So Pinnacle is put in a high B that higher than EO. 

- Energy Overflow Soulfists don’t do necessarily bad, but little MVP, it can be put in a high B, but not higher than Remaining Energy.  

- Deathblow is pretty middle of the pack, it has a super high ceiling but the average player is not very impressive. 

- Mayhem Berserker is not as bad as people claim, but the average Mayhem Berserker player is not so great, it is below Thirst. 

C Tier: Gravity Training, First Intention, Reflux, Control, Moon Sound, Arthetinean Skill, Evolutionary Legacy, Lane Knight, Order of the Emperor, Time to Hunt

- Gravity Training Destroyers are average, they are on the high C. 

- Time to Hunt is not super great but definitely better than Pistoleers.

- Arthetinean Skill and Evolutionary Legacy are both engravings for Machinist, and Arthetinean Skill is a little bit higher than Evo, but not by much, this kind of player is limited by the spec itself. 

- Order of the Emperor is another class engraving for Arcanist, it can be put in a low B or high C, under Arthetinean Skill, average players do not play Emperor very well. 

- For Reflux, the average Reflux player seems not that good. 

- First Intention is more like a Control Glaivier, they are okay but dependent on the player. We’ll stick it above Reflux. 

D Tier: Pistoleer, True Courage, Judgement

- Pistoleer is always terrible.
