Lost Ark Boss Rush Guide - What Is It, How To Unlock, How It Works & Rewards
This time one you will encounter a little bit later on in your endgame journey, this is a tier two activity but it is an incredibly fun one, it has that sort of arcade feel to it because you're basically just fighting bosses back to back. No trash mobs nothing in the middle of it to slow you down, simply boss after boss for 15 rounds. Here’s a breakdown of what is boss rush in Lost Ark and how to gain access to it.
What Is Boss Rush Endgame & How To Unlock?
This is an endgame activity, something you will do. Once you get to level 50 but it is also a tier 2 activity and something you will need to be at least item level 802 to do which means by that time you'll be in yawn and phaeton. So this is something you would do a little bit later. But in doing so, it will then pick you against 15 waves of challenging bosses and you then complete them to obtain valuable gems, materials, all the kind of stuff you need for character progression. It's awesome and it's also pretty quick in a sort of similar manner to like chaos dungeons. So it's something that won't take you too long. But in order to gain access to it unlike something like chaos dungeons, you can't just walk in, you're gonna need a ticket.
How Do I Get In?
In order to enter, you will need to turn your attention to chaos dungeons primarily much like if you have entered the cube, this two requires an entrance ticket and from tier 2 onwards, these can drop from your daily chaos dungeons by killing the second floor boss, the exact same location, the exact same source that can also provide you with cube tickets, can also provide you with boss rush tickets. Additionally, it is worth noting you can exchange the still male bloodstones for ticket chests at the guild vendor each week. But primarily, if you're doing your cast dungeons, this is probably where you're gonna get your tickets from. Once you retain a ticket, you can then go over to the entrance, you can either go in solo, you can auto match or you can create a lobby with the people that you want to play with. Everyone will need a ticket if you're going to go in.
How Does Boss Rush Work In Lost Ark?
Like a lot of the in-game activities, this too has a locked loadout set up. So when you begin, you start in the setup area, this will allow you to choose your battle items, potions, your skills, your build, all that stuff because once you step out, what you have is lots. When you progress into the main room, this is basically broken down into a number of different phase. The primary goal here is to defeat bosses, but you have a time limit, if you fail to defeat the bosses in the time limit you will lose, if you die you can respawn but you respawn after a period of time which will naturally eat into your overall time limits. The actual encounter itself the 15 waves are broken down into sections, the first four waves, stages one to four will give you one minute to kill the boss and there will only be one boss. This will be located in the middle of the arena, so simply stand there be ready for it to spawn, take it out and move on. Pretty simple stuff provided you are decently geared from stages 5 to 9 or rounds 5 to 9, you will then have one minute and 30 seconds, but this time you'll need to kill two bosses. The first boss will spawn in the middle of the arena, the second one will spawn near the top, you could divide your team or invariably the boss at the top does tend to work its way down. So you need to take these two out in the time limits and then following off from there rounds 10 to 15, you're given two minutes and 30 seconds and there will be three bosses to defeat. One in the middle, one at the top, and one in the bottom. You can see your time limit in the top left hand corner of the screen, so you can use this to keep track and keep track of the rewards that you have earned up until this point.
But after that, your focus really is just to work as a team and take out the bosses as quickly as possible. Do keep in mind bringing battle items like flame grenades, dark grenades or taunting scarecrows can be useful to increase your chances. But outside of that, there's not really much else you need to know other than you just need to defeat bosses as quickly as possible.
Boss Rush Rewards
When you turn your attention to the rewards, assuming you get through all of it, but even if you fail part way through and you've only done some of it, you'll still get things but you can get items like life leap stones, the reward chests which inside them contain plenty of other items. For stages 1 to 3, you will get two life leap stones. For stages 4 to 6, you get the hall of silence reward chest number one. For stages 7 to 10, hall of silence reward chest number two and for the final 11 to 15 stages, chest number three.
