3/21/2023 10:43:36 AM

The 1.09 Patch Notes are still not coming in Elden Ring, today we are going to show you an Elden Ring Frost build 1.08 with the best frost weapon and setups in the game.

Elden Ring Best Frost Build

Elden Ring Best Frost Build After 1.08 - S Tier Frost Knight Build in Elden Ring

This Elden Ring Frost Knight build by Prez is an insanely good alternative to overpowered bleed builds, if you want to make a really OP build without using bleed, this is a great choice for you. It takes advantage of one of the best weapons in the game and can be obtained early on, also has the ability to infinite projectiles at zero cost.

Weapons

- Death's Poker: Starting with the primary weapon, which is the Death's Poker, is a Greatsword that stacks frost buildup, and also has amazing versatility for ranged enemies and groups of enemies using its Ash of War gives you two options, either attack with range by performing the Ash of War and then a light attack or use the Ash of War and then a heavy attack and you can trigger a massive explosion for big groups of enemies. This weapon has everything you need, which is the main component of this build. It is easy to get it, just head to the Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank Site of Grace and pass time until nightfall, once it’s nighttime, kill the Death Rite Bird boss and you can get the Death's Poker.

- Frozen Needle: The secondary weapon used here is Frozen Needle, which will go in your main hand, the weapon is very good, especially for how easy it is to get, what the weapon specializes in is giving you a free projectile that you can endlessly shoot, this is basically a charge cancel, all you have to do to do this attack is perform a heavy attack and then just press your roll to cancel out of it, so basically hold R2 or RT for long enough and then tap B or Square to roll out the attack and once you do, you'll shoot the projectile forward and dodge at the same time and it fits the whole theme of the build with frost since it has 60 frost build up on it. It has an Ash of War on it that can't be changed, but it's still a very good choice and can go straight through shields and take out fast-moving enemies. For your offhand, you can use a staff, you can use anyone if there is a staff that you really like, if you do not have one, the Carian Regal Scepter is recommended, it has S-scaling intelligence, which offers you the best damage.

Armor

For the armor, you can go with the full Night’s Cavalry Armor set

- Chest: Night’s Cavalry Armor

- Arms: Night’s Cavalry Gauntlets

- Legs: Night’s Cavalry Greaves

- Head: Skeletal Mask

Talismans

- Claw Talisman: enhances jump attacks.

- Graven-Mass Talisman: raises the potency of sorceries.

- Shard of Alexander: boosts the attack power of skills.

- Magic Scorpion Charm: the whole build does magic damage, will obviously raise the damage of that.

Flask of Wondrous Physick

you can use the Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear here to raise damage and you can also use a Stonebarb Cracked Tear so you're more likely to break enemy stances after drinking your Physick.

- Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear

- Stonebarb Cracked Tear

Stats

If you're making a new character, you can choose Vagabond for classes because this will give you the best and closest start, and whenever you're ready for it just side of the area to get Death's Poker, your main focus with this build should be gearing up to kill the Death Rite Bird to get Death's Poker as soon as it's possible for you to beat the fight, because once you get the weapon, the entire playthrough will be a breeze. The minimal stats you'll need for this 1.08 frost build is 15 strength, 17 dexterity, and 11 intelligence and you could obtain this super early if you go with Vagabond once you have those stats, it's really up to you how you want to go, here are the soft caps, basically the highest you should go for the most effect
