Here are the Faster Hit Recovery (FHR) Breakpoints in Diablo 2 Resurrected. These FHR Breakpoints let you know what values you need to reach in order to get the full benefit of an upgrade for your build.

What are FHR Breakpoints in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

Since Diablo II runs at 25 frames per second, events can only occur at specific times. As a result, upgrades are measured by the number of frames it takes to display the movement. Let's say your character takes 15 frames to recover after taking a hit. To recover more quickly, you need to go down to 14 frames. This means that you need a +7% bonus to recover in order to get down to 14 frames. Any bonus below that, from +1% to +6%, will have absolutely no effect since you will remain at 15 frames. This is what players call the FHR Breakpoints.

How do the Faster Hit Recovery Breakpoints work in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

To take the example of Amazon build, a bonus of 20% or 28% is translated in the same way. The character will recover in the same way. To see an improvement, you have to reach the 32% level. Thus, there is no point, for example, in sacrificing another bonus to go from 20% to 28% in FHR if you do not intend to reach 32% afterward.

Beware, the quick recovery after a hit is only triggered when the character takes a hit that reduces 1/12th of his hit points. When this happens, your character performs an animation showing that he is, in a way, stunned. Only when this animation is over can he do something else. The FHR you can obtain from the Grand Charms (Necro) [+12% FHR & +1 Posion allows you to reduce the duration of this "stun", which is particularly dangerous when your enemies manage to inflict this on you over and over.
