Mephisto runs are the best way to get set and unique items. You can do 3 runs in less than 5 minutes with this Frozen Orb Hydra Sorceress, especially using the Tal Set for the Magic Find. Make sure to get enough fast hit recovery so the dolls does not kill you and the way and you will soon have ton of items on Diablo 2 Resurrected!

Where To Find Mephisto

Mephisto appears for the first time near the end of Act 3, at the upper left corner of the third level of the Durance of Hate. If you're coming from the Durance of Hate Level 2 Waypoint, hugging the wall in a clockwise direction is the quickest route.

Going to the Waypoint tile and then left from there is another option for locating Mephisto. To encounter Mephisto, you must complete the Durance of Hate Level 2. However, most characters can skip this step and sprint or teleport directly to the level.

How To Farm Mephisto In Diablo 2 Resurrected

Mephisto is an Act 3 boss, is loot table includes but not limits itself to through things like Shako, Skullder, Vipermagi, the Oculus, Mara’s Kaleidoscope, and Soj. It seems that not all people are aware of the fact that Mephisto can drop you on Arachnid mesh, that’s quite a lot of useful things you can find just by killing mephisto time and time again which brings us to a second argument and it’s the argument of how easily it can be farmed using their old moat trick. The simple and basic way to do the moat trick is to teleport across the map, agro mephisto and bring him to the edge of a river of blood. Then you just keep the right distance, so you still have his attention but he is unable to cast any of his spells while you just bring him down with your blizzard hydra or meteor. Using this method you can farm him while being completely naked, that means any gear that you have after the initial playthrough should be able to get the job done.
