1. Stats

2. Skill Tree

Focus on the Martial Arts tree and max out Phoenix Strike first, and Blades of Ice, Claws of Thunder, and Fists of Fire synergizes with that, then put one point into Weapon Block, Claw Mastery, Burst of Speed, and Fade on Shadow Disciplines.
