With the buffs in Patch 1.09, this Elden Ring strength build is going to be a new meta in the game, the first choice of the weapons for this build is Great Mace, but there are also some different options you can use.

Best Elden Ring Strength Weapons & Items 1.09

There are some very nice changes in Elden Ring Patch 1.09, one of the weapon classes that got buffs is Great Hammers, Great Mace is a Great Hammer and probably the best strength weapon in the game now, if you go ahead and slap heavy affinity on this, you get S scaling on strength. The Great Mace can really fit whatever build you want to use, you could almost turn this into a really nasty faith weapon.

If you're wondering if any other weapons can be used in this setup and still work very very well, the Glaive is an option, it has an A scaling for strength and its decently quick long-reaching attacks. you have this for a roll-catching tool, backstep is a thrust as well and whenever you use a Braggart's Roar on it, these are the attacks that you get is that thrust and it's really good, the amount of distance you get on this attack is ridiculous and you still get the insane hyper armor. The second weapon you can use is the Greatsword, with the Heavy affinity as well, it would make sense for this setup. The third and final recommendation would be the Gargoyle's Twinblade, and if you want, you can swap out the Crimson Amber Medallion for Millicent’s Prosthesis. Whether you go with the Great Mace, the Twinblade, or the Glaive with this specific setup, you are going to be doing so much damage.
