When you have an organ set, you can reach Tristram and face the Uber Tristram in D2R. It willl be very easy with this Smiter, just make sure to either pull Baal, Diablo or Mephisto and to kill them one by one! You'll be granted a Hellfire Torch and with some luck a good stats one! Don't forget to use Treachery as a pre-buff transparence to get the physical damage reduce and elemental resistance.
