There are some items in Diablo 2 Resurrected that are so rare even after 2 decades of playing Diablo 2 even veteran players have never found some of these items. Some people have been trying to complete holy grails, which is when you try to find every single unique item in the entire game, for decades now, only to have one or two final items that they need to find to complete it just never drop form because they're so incredibly rare. So today we are bringing you a list of the 9 rarest unique items in all of Diablo 2 Resurrected.

1. Shadow Dancer Myrmidon Greaves

They can come with 1-2 to shadow skills, they come with 15-25% dexterity and they have 30% of both faster run walk and a faster hit recovery. These are D2R boots that generally are not used a ton assassins with the shadow discipline skill on it would be the best use, but they can be very good boots for any other character since it has that dexterity that can help you out to get max block if you're going for that and obviously 30% hit recovery and faster walk run can be useful stats for many different characters in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

2. Windforce Hydra Bow

With that 250% enhanced damage and the 3.125 damage based upon character level was a massive huge boost for those Bowazons. On top of that, the increased attack speed and mana leech were awesome to have the Bowazons that way you never ran out of mana and attacking faster, you'll leech more mana but you'll put out more arrows damage faster shooting out more arrows faster. But before all the more powerful D2R runewords came out, everyone can remember back in the day when you'd see a boson running around with this bow you had your vamp gaze on the top the green helm and your shaft stop on your body armor and all the Bowazon looked exactly the same.

3. Death’s Fathom

This is an item that's tailored for those cold sorceresses, due to it having the 15 to 30% to cold skill damage. On top of that you get +3% to sorcerer skills along with 20% faster cast rate and a couple of extra resistances down there at the bottom. This item is absolutely perfect for those blizzard sorceresses that are trying to max out their damage because they're hunting high runes, you don't need that magic find because magic find does not affect rune drops. So if you're strictly trying to kill those cows as fast as you can, go with yourself a Death’s Fathom.

4. Griffon’s Eye Diadem

This is the most valuable of the uniques on this list. What makes this item so valuable is because it's got that +1 to all skills, +25% faster cast rate and it has muscular lighting skills damage and -19% to the enemy's lightning skill damage. Also what makes it so useful and so powerful in Diablo 2 Resurrected is because two of the most powerful builds in the entire game use lightning skill damage and that would be the lighting sorceress and the lightning fury javazon. You can increase that even more by putting a facet in it increasing your damage output even more or you could put a topaz in it to get magic find.

5. Wisp Projector Ring

The Stone of Jordan is more sought after, but the wisp projector is a very good ring and has uses where you absolutely need to have one of these. People use this ring a lot when they need to get lightning absorb on a character because this one has 10 to 20 depending on how it rolls. But does have some other stuff like magic find and it has three different types of charges on it which aren't particularly useful. But this ring is specifically used to get that lightning absorbed in order to save yourself from things like uber mephisto.

6. Crown of Ages Corona

This item would be used a lot in hardcore play, it doesn't have as much to help out your damage which a lot of softboard players like because it only has one to all skills, but it also has up to 30 to all res, it has 30 faster hit recovery and it has 10 to 15 damage reduction. On top of that, it can roll with one to two sockets, so if you get that two sockets you can plug a couple of burns in it to get that damage reduction crazy high.

7. Mang Song’s Lesson

This item is incredibly rare to find, it can be pretty good but it often beats out by much cheaper and easier to find items when you have an orb on one hand and the spirit shield on the other. But it can be useful with the +5% to all skills, +30% faster cast rate and -9% enemy resistances.

8. The Cranium Basher

This item is specifically designed for crashing in brains, this can have crazy high max damage with up to 240% enhanced damage, it has 20 to both minimum and maximum damage, strength, increased attack speed, it's got all res, a ton of steps to help your character out. Now the go-to on any melee character is always the grief just due to the way that the added damage works, but if you count out that, this item could be absolutely amazing, has a huge amount of enhanced damage, min and max damage, it's got to strength, it's got all reds on it to even help you character out 75% chance of crushing blow and it even has a chance to cast amp damage on it when attacking. It is indestructible inherently, so that actually is a negative because it cannot roll as ethereal meaning you couldn't get that extra enhanced damage on it and then put a Zod rune in it to make it absolutely godly.

9. Tyrael’s Might Sacred Armor

This is the absolute rarest item in all of Diablo 2 Resurrected, it's another one that's been notorious for holding up the completion of holy grails. It is so incredibly rare, the value and usefulness does not match that. It has -100% to the requirements on it, so it requires no strength and no dexterity in order to wear. But all the stats on it are kind of so-so, it has all res, it has cannot be frozen, flame monsters rest in peace, but nothing that really sets it above and beyond a lot of other items or especially the overpowered runewords in Diablo 2 Resurrected such as enigma.
