1. D2R Ladder S6 Frenzy Barb Stats

Starting with the build stats, enough strength and dexterity is the core for the best gear, remaining points to vitality, and almost nothing on energy.

- Strength 220

Frenzy and level one Fanaticism Aura give us lots of attack speed, 3000 maximum damage with the two weapons over 6,000 attack ratings each when using the standard setup, and maximum resistances while Battle Command is active.

2. D2R Ladder S6 Frenzy Barb Skill Tree

This is a typical Frenzy Barbarian build in Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder, so the Frenzy skill is the first skill to max out, and then we have 20 in Double Swing, Sword Mastery, and Battle Orders. The distribution of other points is shown on the skill tree.

3. D2R Ladder S6 Frenzy Barb Equipment

The most important gear for this D2R Frenzy Barb build is going to be two Diablo 2 runeword weapons: Unbending Will and Hustle both in Colossus blade. For Hustle, you can also use a Colossus sword or other base items, but the Unbending Will needs six sockets that can only be obtained from a blade, which also offers higher damage, more range, and incredible attack speed. Then Arreat's Face provides a great bonus to different resistances and Duress rounds off the build, you can also go with Duriel’s Shell and some helmets with resistances to replace them. Tal Rasha’s Horadric Crest is a good choice. Atma's Scarab raises poison resistance and because of Amplify Damage, you can fight physically immune monsters. The best part of Laying of Hands is its attack speed and fire resistance. Moving on, String of Ears is good to use for life leech and damage reduction. The Natalya’s Soul gives faster-run speed and resistance. Raven Frost is another choice for the Cannot Be Frozen attribute. The remaining ring would be Dread Master as you need some mana leech.
