If you are looking for some solid builds for solo runs in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you should take a look at this D2R PVM SSF tier list with best solo classes to use.

Diablo 2 Resurrected Best Solo Class

Diablo 2 Resurrected Best Solo Class & Builds - D2R PVM (SSF) Tier List

Here is going to be MrLlamaSC’s D2R PVM build tier list for Solo Self-Found playthrough in the game.

S Tier: Hammerdin, Summon Necromancer, Trapsin, Blizzard Sorceress, Frozen Orb Sorceress

They are all very powerful, you can really get your way through the entire game. When it comes to the best solo class in Diablo 2 Resurrected, Paladin and Necromancer should be ranked at the top spot, Paladin is a perfect choice for solo run, Avenger Paladin builds have heavy elemental damage for crowd control, and a Hammerdin can be insane for both PVP and PVE with proper D2 items. Paladin is also one of the best PVM classes as its straight forward playstyle and advantages of doing much content, this is suitable for beginners and early Ladder as well. For Necromancer, there is no other class can control more minions than this character, it has the lowest gear requirements for completing Hell solo run, you can even challenge to complete the game with nothing. Other than these two classes, Sorceress and Druid are strong for solo runs as well.

A Tier: Wind Druid, Bone Necromancer, Lightning Fury Amazon, Fire Druid, Fire Sorceress, Smiter

In the same tier, the class builds are ranked from the best to worst from left to right, but all of these are still strong, Bone Necro is pretty safe, Fire Druid and Light Fury can do great damage. Smiter does not have AOE, but it always hits, you have no issues that you may meet with other melee characters, such as missing your attack. When you hit every single time, you can do really good damage.

B Tier: Lightning Sorceress, Zealot, Shout Barbarian, Poison Nova Necro, Frenzy Barbarian, Wolf Druid, Physical Bowazon, Avenger Paladin

Compared to S and A-tier builds, these ones are going to be a little bit weaker, from here you are gonna see more melee characters. For Poison Nova Necro, he does not have as much safety, and his damage is weak until you get some gear. War Cry Barb is actually very safe and strong, but just so slow and takes so much mana. Lightning Sorceress is still very strong, you can get a lower res want to help your charges or help with your immunities, but overall she also takes some more gear to really get going, then that's kind of same with a Physical Bowazon.

D Tier: Bladesin, Double Throw Barbarian, Whirlwind Barbarian, Enchant Sorceress, Fist of the Heavens Paladin, Hydra Sorceress

Bladesin is kind of tedious and exhausting, the biggest issue is probably the casting time, she like winds up and then cast it and then shoot, but if she gets put into hit recovery, she has to wing up again to cast again. With double throw barb, you will have to go back to repair over and over again, which drives you insane. In terms of PVM, Whirlwind Barbarian tends to be terrible, it does bad damage and hard to improve. Enchant Sorc is not really a single solo player build, it can be okay, you can use it get a passion for yourself, you can use it on your mercenary and kind of make a buffed up mercenary go through the game, it can be fun. Fist of the Heavens is a garbage PVM skill, it just is so slow single target takes forever. Hydra Sorceress just doesn't do enough damage, you're just not going to get through the game with a hydra Sorc.
