1. Fine Small Charm Of Inertia

It’s a great overpowered self-found item in Diablo 2 Resurrected. 3 max damage, 19 attack rating and 3 faster run/walk, it’s a small charm. Not only is this thing insane in low-level dueling but it's also used on a lot of Amazon setups in high-level dueling.

2. Fine Small Charm Of Vita

This is one of the best items players have found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. 3 max damage attack rating and 19 to life. This type of charm is very good on a lot of different melee characters in PVP and PVM.

3. Busy Small Charm Of Good Luck

Look at this beauty of a small charm, this is perfect in every possible way, it's got 7% better chance of finding magic items, along with a perfect 11 roll to fire resist. This self-found item D2R in particular is very desirable on magic finding characters, but all of the charms he's found this week have been pretty solid. Nice trophy finds.

4. Corpse Hood Tiara

This D2R self-found item got +2 assassin skill levels, +20 faster cast rate, +21 to strength and all resistances with a perfect roll of plus 20. It's also got a decent little bonus to attack rating here although that could be visionary mod instead that's a pretty decent boost in and of itself, this helm would be pretty nasty on a ghost sin or really any type of assassin for that matter.

5. Chaos Torc Amulet

+2 to elemental skills, +20 faster cast, a huge boost to strength and all resistance is plus 19. This item is an absolute trophy although some might prefer the plus two to druid skills to spawn on this, you don't really get much more out of that besides the fact that you get a little bit of a bump to oak sage. If you're going to have any skill tab spawn on these things, this is the one that you want right here. An absolute gem of an item to craft and a man with a vintage name.

6. Plague Finger Ring

D2lod found this very nasty ring, 10% faster cast rate, plus 20 to strength, a perfect roll on that perfect roll on replenish life at plus 9, big roll to mana at 78 and then a boost to a couple of different resistances. This is very close to a six-point ring which is an item that most players never find. The only thing holding it back from being that six-point ring is just the percent roll on the resistances.

7. Ruby Jewel Of Fervor

This is probably the most desirable jewel in the game, this is a ruby jewel of fervor boasting, 40 enhanced damage and 15 increased attack speed. We've seen many of these things roll from other players with non-perfect rolls, anything basically under 40 enhanced damage, but this self-found item 100 perfect an absolute gem. It might even be too early to price this thing a very nice find from master Otis.

8. Corruption Torc Amulet

This is the most insane self-found item on this Diablo 2 best items list.+2 TO Necromancer skill levels, +20 faster cast rate, +54 to life, +13 to mana, regenerate mana by 8% and all resistances with a perfect roll of plus 11.

9. Rune Brow

This item in particular is very nostalgic, it gives +2 to Necro skills, 30 faster run/walk, 20 faster cast rate, a big boost to life-perfect roll-on resistances of plus 20. The reason this item is so nostalgic is because it looks so much like beast visage which was a diadem from Diablo 2 lord of destruction, that was largely considered the best Necromancer diadem in the game. But for being so early on in Diablo 2 resurrected, this is a pretty fine replacement to that, this was acquired through trading but nonetheless an absolute trophy.

10. Jeweler’s Monarch Of Deflecting

This is the notorious j-mod probably one of the most sought-after monarch shields in Diablo 2 Resurrected, this overpowered self-found item D2R is extremely valuable in the trading community and a definite trophy find.
