If you're a zoomer and just did dungeons from 25-40 without doing runes, the above is a scrappy path to get all the P2 runes with minimal double backing for WoW SoD.

Berserk	1k Needles	/way 69 55	click, use challenging roar, kill
	Tanaris > Desolace
Eclipse	Desolace	/way 47 54	talk
	Desolace	/way 63 39	talk
Survival Instincts	Desolace	/way 51 59	catch pokemon (use item)

Nourish	TP Moonglade	If you're on a PvE server, start the Nourish chain. LOOT ITEM, WATER POT OR SOMETHING. If you're on a PvP server, well, lol. Max 1hr, no death, no tp for this rune.
	Go to Arathi somehow (Moonglade > Auberdine > Menethril > Arathi \|\| Moonglade> TB/Org > UC > Arathi)
