Last Epoch 1.0 Patch Notes

  1. Warlock and Falconer are released

  2. Item factions SSF and Trading

  3. Resonances let you trade with your buddies if they go offline

  4. Cycles Fresh Start

    1. No leaderboards in Legacy

  5. Full Offline Mode Available in the Steam settings

  6. Massive Visual Improvements, including the UI, Tooltips and Skills

  7. All HUDs have been improved for questing, social tabs, panels the map & the menus

  8. All enemies gain 2% more health and 1% more damage

  9. Endgame

    1. Enemies health and damage buffed above 60, 5% at 80 and 25% at 100

  10. Monoliths

    1. Enemy power comes from Corruption not Modifiers

      1. That means the later content will always be difficult

      2. You can’t make it easy by cherry picking modifiers

      3. Many blessings were buffed, some are unchanged, and armor, spell leech and throwing leech got nerfed

      4. Corruption scales much faster now and it slightly raises the chance for legendary potential

        1. TLDR math says speed farm what’s comfortable and don’t do the highest corruption possible

      5. Normalized monolith density

        1. 5% more in regular monoliths 

      6. Monolith mods are now static and their max duration was cut in half

        1. Some of the most punishing mods are now lower to compensate

  11. Dungeons & Arena

    1. Mods were lowered in T3 and T4 to compensate for making all endgame enemies more difficult

      1. Dungeons - Bosses will be the same difficulty, but the earlier parts of the dungeon will be harder

        1. T1 dungeons will be a lot easier

      2. Arena - The mods weren’t lowered as much, so it will be a lot harder

        1. The scaling is changed so it’s much harder to climb

          1. Good thing so you don’t spend 8 hours climbing to level 3000

  12. Full Controller Support

    1. EHG looking into WASD and Consoles in the future

  13. Parry

    1. New Defensive mechanic

    2. Can block all damage except ailments

  14. Skills and Passives

    1. Many skills and passives have changed up or down

    2. The most powerful ones have been nerfed

      1. Shadow Daggers down ~30%

      2. Squirrels down ~38%

      3. Hydrahedron down… idk a lot

      4. Lich infinite volatile zombies corrected

      5. You get the idea

      6. Dog$#@! Skills like ballista were buffed

  15. Uniques were adjusted as well

  16. Some base items have been changed and/or added

    1. Mostly impacts speedrunners

      1. Example: Kris’s CSM went down, a popular speedrunning weapon

  17. Ranged monsters now move between attacks

    1. Looked stupid before, now looks like a fight

    2. For most builds should make fighting them easier

  18. Millions of Bug Fixes across the entire game
