Career Mode is always a popular game mode in the FIFA series, you can draft a dream career from the beginning. What new features are they going to add to FIFA 23 Career Mode? Stadium Builder and Editor

Starting from the first rumor, FIFA 23 Career Mode will feature a Stadium Builder and Editor section, and players can edit the billboards, stadium capacity, dynamic of the stadium, colors, and more. Last year, they did introduce some stadium customization in Career Mode for generic teams, you could go ahead and change the colors and do a couple of small things. But in FIFA 23, they are going to add more details.

In addition, Player Career Mode is going to have social media, tattoos, post match/pre-match interview/MOTM awards, training cut scenes, and the option to extend the contract.

Online Career Mode

EA has planned on releasing the Online Career Mode in FIFA 23, and they originally posted a job ad that was going to look for a software engineer to work for the online career mode, ultimate team, and other systems. But it looks like FIFA 23 will not include the new feature because they delayed that till the next year, it is still in development.

Substitutions

They have made a new rule for football where you can have five substitutions, which has already been added in FIFA online 4, so when you are playing games in Career Mode, you’ll probably be able to make five subs and make those tired players have a rest.

Manager Career Mode

The next leak is that in Manager Career Mode, we are going to be seeing new cut scenes such as pre-match talks as a manager to motivate your team, and new transfer negotiations cut scenes, HT/FT scenes in a big game. It probably boosts morale or something like that.

Kit Editor

Career Mode will also get a function called Kit Editor, which allows players to make sponsors and use ones licensed on the game.
