FIFA 21 Demo release date is expected be on 22 September 2020 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

According to the Demo release date of FIFA 17, 18, 19, 20, some people say that the FIFA 21 demo could be 25th to September, some people are saying as early as the 18th. This demo release date hasn't been confirmed yet. However, there is one major FIFA 21 date coming up that EA has confirmed - and that's when EA Access and Origin Access early access will launch. This early access period will start from October 6.
